    pitted black cherries, drained

    ml
    Kirsch or Grand Marnier liqueur
  • 200
    g
    flaked almonds, toasted
  • 1
    Litres
    vanilla ice cream
  • 45
    ml
    chocolate chips
 

Method

 
Spoon black cherries into glass serving bowls and sprinkle with Kirsch or Grand Marnier. Top each serving with toasted almonds and a scoop of ice cream. Decorate with chocolate chips and serve immediately.
