Bircher muesli with fresh berries

Ingredients

  • 375
    ml
    rolled oats
  • 180
    ml
    apple juice
  • zest of 1 orange and 1 lemon
  • 125
    ml
    dried cranberries
  • 1
    cup
    plain yoghurt or Greek style
  • 80
    ml
    sunflower seeds
  • 80
    ml
    pumpkin seeds
  • 1
    cup
    mixed fresh berries
  • Honey for drizzling
 

Method

Place the oats, juice, zest and cranberries in a bowl and soak for at least 6 hours.

Do this the night before.

Stir in the yoghurt and seeds and gently add the berries.

Serve drizzled with honey.
