Bircher Muesli recipe

Ingredients

  • 125
    ml
    raw oats
  • 1
    pinch
    PnP cinnamon
  • 125
    ml
    fat free milk
  • 100
    ml
    fat free plain yoghurt, or vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/2
    apple, grated
  • 50
    g
    fresh berries
  • 1
    Tbs
    PnP flaked almonds, optional
 

Method

 
Mix oats, cinnamon and milk together.

Set aside for 15 minutes or overnight to allow oats to absorb milk.

Stir through yoghurt and grated apple.

Top with berries and almonds and serve.

Suggestions:
Replace berries with another ½ grated apple.
