    blomkool

    biltong, fyn gerasper
  • 3-4 koppies hoenderaftreksel
  • 250
    ml
    suurroom
  • 250
    ml
    verouderde Cheddar

Braai 1 ui tot sag, voeg die 225 g blomkool en 225 g broccoli by en braai vir nog 2 minute. Voeg 200 g biltong en 3 - 4 koppies aftreksel daarby en verhit tot kookpunt. Plaas al die bestanddele in 'n voedselverwerker of gebruik 'n handmenger en meng alles tot baie fyn. Roer 250 ml suurroom en 250 ml kaas daarby en geur met sout en peper. Laat prut vir 'n paar minute oor lae hitte. Garneer met roket en sit onmiddellik voor.
