Ingredients

  • g
    cottage cheese with chives
  • 25
    ml
    finely chopped coriander
  • 250
    g
    biltong, finely shredded
  • 125
    g
    smooth cottage cheese
  • 125
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • grated lemon rind to taste
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Blend all the ingredients. Season with the lemon rind and salt and pepper to taste. Chill until needed. Makes about 500 ml.
