Biltong pâté

    g
    smooth cream cheese with chives
  • 30
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 30
    ml
    wholegrain mustard
  • 30
    ml
    pink, green or black peppercorns, crushed
  • 125
    ml
    grated biltong
  • salt and milled black pepper to taste
 

Method

 
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, using a fork. Divide between jars and seal. Serve spread on beer bread (see recipe). Store in refrigerator.
