Biltong, blue cheese and spring onions

Ingredients

    g
    finely sliced biltong, chopped
  • 50
    g
    blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1
    tub smooth cream cheese
  • 4
    spring onions, sliced
 

Method

 
Mix the biltong and blue cheese. Blend in a food processor until the biltong is slightly finer. Add the cream cheese and spring onions and blend well. Season to taste.
