500.00 g beef — steak
1.00 tin coconut cream
45.00 ml peanut butter
1.00 brandy
250.00 ml peas
0.00 coriander — ground

Method:

Sny 500 g biefstuk in repies. Sprinkel vars suurlemoensap en 2 gekneusde knoffelhuisies bo-oor. Laat staan vir sowat 15 minute. Verhit sowat 10 ml olie in ‘n braaipan en braai eers die helfte van die vleis oor hoë hitte voordat die ander helfte gebraai word. Verwyder uit pan en hou eenkant. Verhit nog 10 ml olie en braai ‘n gekapte ui tot sag. Roer ‘n blikkie klappermelk, 45 ml grondboontjiebotter en ‘n gekapte rooi brandrissie by. Bring tot kookpunt en prut vir 5 minute. Roer 250 ml bevrore ertjies by en geur na smaak. Voeg vleis by asook ‘n hand vol koljanderblare en sit voor saam met basmati-rys.
