    green pepper, chopped

    onion, chopped

    ml
    curry powder
  • 5
    ml
    vinegar
  • 5
    ml
    sugar
  • 1
    tomato, peeled and chopped
  • 410
    g
    baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 1
    banana, sliced
  • salt and pepper
 

Method

 
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the green pepper and onion until soft. Add flavouring and fry a little. Add the tomato and baked beans and heat a little. Finally add banana slices, season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat through and serve immediately.
