Best ever low-fat tuna mayo

    x 170 g cans tuna chunks in brine, drained
  • 1
    bunch spring onions, chopped
  • 2
    stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 90
    ml
    fat-free yoghurt
  • 45
    ml
    lite mayonnaise
  • 1
    lemon, grated peel and juice
  • 30
    ml
    each chopped chives and Italian parsley, optional
  • milled pepper
 

Method

none
 
Mix all ingredients together and season to taste.
Use this as a sandwich filling, as a dip with sliced vegetables, dollop onto hot, crispy baked potatoes or pile onto a mixed salad.
