Ingredients (5)

375.00 g berries
125.00 g mixed berries — summer
125.00 ml sugar
2.00 oranges — juice only
15.00 ml cornflour

Method:

Purée mixed summer berries in a food processor or blender. Place in a saucepan, add sugar, juice of 2 oranges and whole berries.
Mix cornflour to a paste with 45 ml (3 tbsp) water, stir into berries and bring to boil.
Remove from stove and cool.
