Berry sauce

    g
    whole berries
  • 125
    g
    mixed summer berries
  • 125
    ml
    sugar
  • 2
    oranges, juice
  • 15
    ml
    cornflour
 

Method

 
Purée mixed summer berries in a food processor or blender. Place in a saucepan, add sugar, juice of 2 oranges and whole berries. Mix cornflour to a paste with 45 ml (3 tbsp) water, stir into berries and bring to boil. Remove from stove and cool.
