Berry and orange crêpes

    butter

    berry or orange liqueur

    ml
    honey
  • 16
    strawberries, washed and thickly sliced
  • 16
    youngberries, washed
  • 2
    oranges, peeled segments (optional)
  • icing sugar
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 140 ºC. Heat crêpes in oven for 5 to 6 minutes. In a small saucepan, heat butter, liqueur and honey. Place crêpes on heated plates, pour over liqueur sauce and top with fruit. Sprinkle liberally with icing sugar and serve immediately. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 4 855 kJ (1 160 Cal). A portion: 1 215 kJ (290 Cal).
