Ingredients (6)

6.00 beetroot — cooked, sliced
1.00 leek — onion, sliced into rings
6.00 potatoes — boiled
100.00 ml basic salad dressing mixed with a little sour cream (see recipe) — GROUPING
fresh parsley — chopped
capers

Method:

Arrange the beetroot slices in a salad bowl.
Sauté; the leek in a little oil until, tender and spoon over the beetroot. Slice the potatoes and arrange on top of the beetroot slices.
Pour over the salad dressing and sprinkle the parsley and capers on top.
