Ingredients (6)

2.5 kg flour — sifted, cake
1 l soda water
3 sugar
6 sunflower oil
750 ml beer
2 salt

Method:

Make your dough using the flour plus soda water, some extra lukewarm water, and the rest of the ingredients.

Leave to rise.

Bake over medium coals for about 1 hour.
