1.00 kg beef fillet — tenderised
1.00 onion
2.00 carrots
1.00 green pepper
250.00 g mushrooms
0.00 braai spice
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Preheat the oven to 190 ºC.
Flatten the fillets. Mix the onion, carrots, green pepper and mushrooms and spoon a little of the mixture on top of each fillet. Sprinkle with braai spice, salt and pepper. Roll up and secure with cocktail sticks.
PIace the meat rolls in an ovenproof dish and spoon the rest of the vegetables mixture on top.
Cover and bake at 150 ºC until the meat is tender and done. Remove the cover and roast until lightly browned.
