Ingredients

flour tortillas
sunflower oil for frying

beef strips

ground cumin

ml

ground coriander
5

ml

minced chilli
salt and milled pepper

lemon or lime, juice

lettuce leaves
1

bunch spring onions, chopped
1

bunch fresh coriander, washed and chopped

Method

Warm tortillas according to packet instructions. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry beef, adding spices and chilli. When just cooked, about 2 minutes, add lemon juice and cook for 1 minute. Place tortillas on individual plates, arrange lettuce on top and divide meat between them. Sprinkle with onions and coriander, top with salsa and guacamole and roll into sausage shapes. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 5 335 kJ (1 275 C al). A portion: 1 335 kJ (320 Cal).
