    freshly ground black pepper

    spring onions, chopped

    chopped fresh oregano

    red pepper, diced

    dried peaches, chopped

    sultanas

    bunch
    lettuce leaves to serve
 

Method

Mix all the ingredients except the lettuce leaves and leave to stand to develop the flavour.

Serve on lettuce leaves.
