Ingredients (7)

410.00 g green beans — tinned, drained
410.00 g sweetcorn — tinned, drained
410.00 g red kidney beans — tinned, drained
5.00 ml sugar
45.00 ml oil
45.00 ml vinegar — white
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

1. Mix together green beans, corn and red kidney beans in a flat dish or bowl.
2. Mix together sugar, oil and vinegar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Pour dressing over beans and corn, toss gently. Chill in fridge until needed.
