Ingredients (8)

2.00 fresh basil
125.00 ml olive oil — extra virgin
30.00 ml pine nuts
2.00 garlic — cloves, peeled
5.00 ml salt
60.00 g parmesan cheese — or rigatello cheese, grated
45.00 g butter — softened
500.00 g pasta

Method:

Process the basil leaves, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic and salt in a blender until fine and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl and stir in the grated cheese and butter.
Toss hot cooked pasta in the sauce.
