Ingredients (7)

250.00 ml sugar
375.00 ml vinegar — grape
115.00 g tomato paste
10.00 ml Worcestershire sauce
10.00 ml mustard — prepared
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
30.00 ml cornflour — blended with cold water

Method:

Blend all the sauce ingredients and heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Boil well and use as described in the accompanying recipes.
Makes about 400 ml sauce.
