500.00 ml vinegar — apple, white wine or grape
375.00 ml brown sugar
2.00 ml turmeric
10.00 ml dried dill
15.00 ml mustard seeds

Method:

Bring all the ingredients to the boil and boil thoroughly. Use as described in the accompanying recipes.
Makes about 500 ml sauce.
