Ingredients (11)

6.00 eggs — hard-boiled and halved
50.00 ml cream cheese — smooth cottage cheese or softened butter
30.00 ml mayonnaise
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
FOR GARNISHING
olives — halved
prawns
fresh parsley — chopped
radishes — thinly sliced
smoked salmon — sliced
sweetcorn
red pepper — diced

Method:

Carefully remove the egg yolks, ensuring that the egg whites remain intact.
Place the yolks in a mixing bowl and add the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Spoon a little of the filling into each egg white half and decorate with any of the suggested garnishing ingredients.
Alternatively, the filling may be spooned into a piping bag and piped into the egg white halves.
