Ingredients

  • onions, quartered
  • 2
    carrots, quartered
  • 2
    sticks celery, chopped
  • bouquet garni
  • 10
    peppercorns
  • 1
    clove garlic
  • 4
    Litres
    water
 

Method

1-5 hrs
 
Place all ingredients in a large pot. Once cooked, strain liquid and discard the solid ingredients.
