  • 1
    ml
    ground cumin (jeera)
  • 300
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • large pinch ground black pepper
  • 1
    ml
    salt
  • 1
    ml
    sugar
 

Method

 
Roast the cumin in a dry cake tin. Cool, mix with the remaining ingredients and spoon into a serving dish. Cool for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serves about 4.
