    grape vinegar

    sugar

    water

    ml
    smooth apricot jam
  • 20

    mild curry powder
  • 5
    ml
    ground ginger
  • 5
    ml
    turmeric
  • 2
    ml
    ground cumin (jeera)
  • 2
    ml
    ground coriander
  • 1
    cube tomato paste
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 65
    ml
    cornflour
 

Method

 
Mix all the sauce ingredients together, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Boil well for 5 minutes. Use as described in the accompanying recipes. Makes about 600 ml sauce.
