Basic chocolate sauce

Ingredients

  • 100
    g
    dark chocolate
  • 100
    ml
    evaporated milk or cream
  • 5
    ml
    Kahlua or Frangelico liqueur
 

Method

5 minutes
 
Break the dark chocolate into pieces.
Melt with the evaporated milk or cream and rum, Kahlua or Frangelico in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
Serve over ice cream, pudding or cake.
