10.00 sausages — pork
70.00 ml oil — for frying
397.00 g puttanesca sauce

Method:

Squeeze the sausage meat from the sausages. Roll the meat into small balls. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Cook the meatballs until golden brown all over. Toss the sauce into the pan to warm through. Serve with creamy mashed potatoes or grilled polenta.
