Bananas in rum and sugar

    4 large bananas
  • 0
    200g butter
  • 0
    100g brown sugar
  • 0
    2 t cinnamon
  • 0
    2 shots of rum or to your taste


Peel the bananas.
Place the butter and sugar in a pan on a medium heat and stir.
When the butter is bubbling add the cinnamon and the bananas and coat in the mixture.
Let them cook in the pan for a while, turning them every now and again.
Add the rum at the end and turn out into a dish.
Serve immediately and light on serving.
