Ingredients (4)

125.00 g brown sugar — soft
125.00 ml water
4.00 bananas — peeled
25.00 g pistachio nuts — chopped

Method:

Place sugar and water in a glass microwaveproof bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 5 to 6 minutes.
Add bananas to the syrup and microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream and pistachio nuts.
