Banana oat cookies

    cinnamon

    butter
  • 200
    g
    sugar

    egg

    g
    oats
  • 225
    g
    mashed banana
  • 50
    g
    nuts, finely chopped
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC (400 ºF). Grease a large baking tray with margarine. Sift the dry ingredients together. Beat the butter and sugar together until light and creamy. Add the egg and blend well. Add the oats, mashed banana and nuts and mix well. Finally, add the dry ingredients and mix well. Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture on to the prepared baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes or until done and brown. Makes 60 cookies.
