    ripe bananas

    icing sugar
  • 60
    ml
    orange juice
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 375
    ml
    cream
 

Method

 
Purée bananas with sugar, orange and lemon juice. Whip cream to soft peaks and fold lightly into banana mixture. Freeze until firm. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 9 000 kJ (2 150 Cal). A portion: 1 800 kJ (430 Cal).
