Banana ice

  • 2
    very large, ripe bananas (skins should be speckled with black spots)
  • 125
    ml
    berries in season
  • 5
    ml
    desiccated coconut
 

Method

 
Freeze unpeeled bananas overnight. When ready to use, peel bananas carefully. Purée in a blender or food processor until pulped, but still firm. Decorate with berries and coconut and serve immediately.
