Banana cream

  • 8
    bananas
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 85
    ml
    sugar
  • 12
    shortbread biscuits or fingers
 

Method

 
Peel and mash 4 bananas in a bowl. Add cream and sugar and mix well. Crush 8 biscuits and divide among 4 parfait glasses. Peel and slice remaining 4 bananas and place on top of biscuits, reserving 4 slices for decoration. Pour banana cream mixture on top and decorate each glass with a whole shortbread biscuit and a slice of banana.
