Ingredients (9)

3.00 bananas — chopped
250.00 g strawberries — halved
250.00 g raspberries
lemon — halved, juice only
65.00 ml orange juice — fresh
65.00 ml muscadel
125.00 ml cream — thick
125.00 ml yoghurt — natural or Greek
brown sugar — soft

Method:

Mix bananas, strawberries, raspberries, lemon juice, fresh orange juice and muscadel together in a bowl.
Divide fruit and liquid between 6 small ramekins or ovenproof dessert cups or glasses. Mix cream and yoghurt together and spoon over fruit.
Sprinkle sugar over and place under a preheated grill. Grill until sugar melts.
Serve immediately.
