Banana and berry brûlée

    bananas, chopped
  • 250
    g
    strawberries, halved
  • 250
    g
    raspberries
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 65
    ml
    fresh orange juice
  • 65
    ml
    muscadel
  • 125
    ml
    thick cream
  • 125
    ml
    natural yoghurt or thick Greek yoghurt
  • soft brown sugar
 

Method

 
Mix bananas, strawberries, raspberries, lemon juice, fresh orange juice and muscadel together in a bowl. Divide fruit and liquid between 6 small ramekins or ovenproof dessert cups or glasses. Mix cream and yoghurt together and spoon over fruit. Sprinkle sugar over and place under a preheated grill. Grill until sugar melts. Serve immediately.
