    oil
  • 1
    medium red onion- sliced
  • 1
    clove garlic- crushed
  • 2
    ml
    chopped fresh rosemary
  • 125
    ml
    cooked or canned green beans or butter beans
  • 30
    ml
    balsamic vinegar
  • 30
    ml
    tomato sauce
  • 15
    ml
    liquid from lamb (see Oven-roasted lamb loin recipe)
 

Method

Heat oil and sauté onions and garlic. Add rosemary and beans and cook for 1 minute.

Add vinegar, tomato sauce and liquid from lamb.

Season to taste. Stir in beans and heat through.
