Baked spicy lamb kebabs

Ingredients

  • 400
    g
    lean lamb mince
  • 150
    g
    feta cheese, crumbled
  • 60
    g
    fresh breadcrumbs
  • 5
    ml
    dried origanum
  • 2
    ml
    toasted cumin seeds
  • 2
    ml
    paprika
  • 5
    ml
    freshly chopped rosemary
  • 1
    large egg, lightly beaten
  • spicy tomato relish, to serve
 

Method

15 to 20 minutes
 
Mix all the ingredients together.
Press a ball of mixture around a kebab stick to form a sausage shape.
Repeat with remaining mixture.
Place kebabs on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated 200 °C oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with tomato relish.
