Baked oats pudding

    ml
    cooked oats porridge
  • 60
    ml
    sugar
  • 15
    ml
    cornflour
  • 15
    ml
    margarine
  • 7
    ml
    baking powder
  • 5
    ml
    vanilla essence
 

Method

30 mins
 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a small ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Mix the oats with the remaining ingredients, beating well. Turn the mixture into the prepared oven dish and bake for 30 minutes or until set. Serve with custard and/or smooth apricot jam. Serves 3-4.
