8.00 brown mushrooms — large
28.00 baby tomatoes
45.00 ml garlic — butter
30.00 ml pesto
fresh oregano — to garnish
125.00 g ham — shaved
50.00 g parmesan — shavings

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 ºC.
Place mushrooms and tomatoes in an ovenproof dish. Dot with garlic butter.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a knife tip. Alternatively, fry the mushrooms and tomatoes in the garlic butter in a frying pan.
Top 4 inverted mushroom caps with tomatoes and pesto and garnish with origanum. Top remaining mushroom caps with ham and Parmesan cheese.
Serve with crusty bread and a salad.
