    g
    (1 packet) Marie biscuits, crushed
  • 60
    ml
    butter, melted
  • 750
    g
    (3 containers) creamed cottage cheese
  • 4
    extra-large eggs
  • 250
    ml
    castor sugar
  • 7
    ml
    vanilla essence
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 180 °C and butter a 25 cm loose-bottomed cake tin.
Mix the biscuits and melted butter and press into the bottom of the cake tin.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the base.
Bake for 1 hour.
Switch off the oven and leave to cool in the oven.
