Ingredients (10)

1.00 kg bream
1.00 lemon juice
10.00 ml fresh rosemary — chopped
6.00 spring onions — sliced
3.00 garlic — cloves, chopped
6.00 tomatoes — peeled and chopped
100.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
60.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
125.00 ml wine — dry white
30.00 ml breadcrumbs — white

Method:

Make two diagonal slices across each side of the fish.
Pour lemon juice over the inside and outside of the fish. Place fish in a greased ovenproof dish.
Mix remaining ingredients except the breadcrumbs. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Spoon a little mixture into the insides of the fish. Pour remaining mixture over fish.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over fish and bake in preheated 200 °C oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serves 4.
