Baked beans and tortillas

    baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 65
    tomato salsa
  • salt and pepper
  • pancakes or soft tortillas
  • cheese for sprinkling
  • 1
    avocado pear, peeled and stoned
  • lemon juice
  • fresh coriander


Heat the beans in tomato sauce and tomato salsa until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper. Use to fill pancakes or soft tortillas, sprinkle with cheese and roll up. Dice the avocado and mix with lemon juice and chopped fresh coriander. Serve with the filled pancakes or tortillas.
