Baked bananas with Amarula cream

Ingredients (8)

8.00 bananas
200.00 g walnuts
5.00 ml butter
2.00 ml cinnamon — ground
30.00 ml brown sugar
300.00 ml cream — fresh, whipped
100.00 ml amarula
2.00 lemons — zest only

Method:

Bake bananas in their skins for 15 minutes, or until blackened and bananas have softened.
Lightly brown nuts in melted butter with cinnamon and sugar.
Whip cream and fold in Amarula liqueur.
Split open bananas. Sprinkle with nut mixture and orange peel.
Serve with Amarula cream.
