1. Cook the pasta in a large
saucepan of boiling water,
according to instructions
2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
Drain pasta well and return
3. Mix in the cottage cheese
and mustard, stir ring until
the cottage cheese melts
and coats the pasta.
4. Stir in spring onions, chives,
sausage and cheese, check
seasoning, turn mixture into
an ovenproof dish.
5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
until the top is crisp and
golden brown. Serve with a leafy salad.
