Baked Camembert with summer berries

Ingredients (4)

125.00 g camembert cheese
500.00 g mixed berries — fresh
125.00 ml berry liqueur
sugar — to taste

Method:

Slice top off cheese, put it back loosely on top of cheese and bake at 200 ºC for about 15 minutes.
Place berries, liqueur and sugar in a saucepan and simmer for about 2 minutes. Cool slightly and divide between 2 dessert bowls.
To serve, halve cheese and place each half on top of poached berries in bowls. Serve dessert with water biscuits or sweet biscuits, if desired.
