Ingredients (10)

250.00 g bacon — rashers, halved
30.00 ml marmalade — orange
10.00 ml lemon juice
5.00 ml coriander — ground
DIP
250.00 g cream cheese
160.00 ml yoghurt — plain
5.00 ml coriander — seeds, crushed
30.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
5.00 ml lemon juice
black pepper — freshly ground

Method:

Turn on the oven grill. Stretch the rashers of bacon over the back of a knife and roll them up. Place on a baking sheet.
Mix the orange marmalade, lemon juice and ground coriander and brush the bacon rolls with the mixture. Grill until the bacon is done, brushing regularly with the marmalade mixture. Insert a cocktail stick through each roll.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and serve with the rolls.
