250.00 g bacon — rindless back
150.00 g mushrooms — chopped
1.00 onion — chopped
4.00 ml salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
12.00 eggs
80.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease 12 muffin tin hollows. Line the hollows with the bacon rashers. Mix the mushrooms and onion and spoon a teaspoonful of the mixture in each hollow. Season with salt and pepper. Break an egg in each hollow and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake until the eggs are done to your liking and the bacon is crisp.
