250.00 g bacon — streak, rindless
1.00 lettuce — salad leaves
200.00 g feta cheese — crumbled
1.00 avocado
1.00 red pepper — sliced
1.00 yellow pepper — cut into strips
20.00 g sprouts — alfalfa
0.00 olive oil — and balsamic vinegar

Method:

Fry the bacon until it is crispy.

Arrange the salad leaves on serving plates.

Top with the bacon, feta, avocado, peppers and beans.

Drizzle with the oil and vinegar.
Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
