Baby toffee apples with Cambrieni

    sugar

    baby apples with stems, drained

Method

 
In a large saucepan, heat sugar over low heat until melted, then cook over gentle heat until golden in colour (sugar caramelises). Dip apples into caramel, coating well. Place apples on a plate to cool, then pile on top of cheese and serve.
