600.00 g courgettes — baby, sliced lengthways
410.00 g tinned tomatoes — Italian-style, chopped plum
4.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
250.00 ml cream
75.00 g parmesan cheese — grated
salt
black pepper — freshly ground

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Layer baby marrows in an ovenproof dish and top with tomatoes, garlic and cream. Sprinkle with cheese and season. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cooked. Serve with roasted meat, fish or chicken. Serves 6 as a side dish.
