Baby marrows, garlic and cream bake

    baby marrows, sliced lengthways
  • 410
    g
    Italian chopped tomatoes
  • 4
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 75
    g
    Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Layer baby marrows in an ovenproof dish and top with tomatoes, garlic and cream. Sprinkle with cheese and season. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cooked. Serve with roasted meat, fish or chicken. Serves 6 as a side dish.
