  • 1.50
    kg
    pork ribs
  • fresh coriander to serve
  • Marinade
  • 250
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 500
    ml
    Hoisin sauce
  • 60
    ml
    honey
 

Method

 
Mix the marinade ingredients together and toss the ribs in the mixture.
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes, or longer if you wish.
Bake at 180 °C for 1 hour, basting the ribs often with the marinade, and then turn them once.
Cut into portions and serve with fresh coriander.
Sake goes really well with these sticky ribs.
